Instructions for the use of saunas and hammams:
Sauna:
Preparation:
Shower before entering the sauna to remove dirt and oils.
Dry yourself thoroughly to enable a more effective welding process.
Seating position:
Sit or lie down comfortably, either on towels or on the benches provided.
Duration:
Depending on your personal well-being, stay in the sauna for about 10 to 20 minutes.
Leave the sauna if you feel unwell.
Cooling down:
Cool down after the sauna by taking a cold shower or relaxing in the fresh air.
Hydration:
Drink enough water to compensate for fluid loss.
Hammam:
Preparation:
Take a shower before the hammam to cleanse your body.
Do not wear any jewelry to avoid reactions with the steam.
Enter the steam room:
Enter the steam room and sit down or lie down.
Duration:
Spend about 15 to 20 minutes in the hammam, depending on your personal comfort level.
Cooling and care:
Cool down after the hammam, for example with cold showers or plunge pools.
Use care products such as oils or lotions to pamper your skin.
Hydration:
Make sure you drink enough water during and after the hammam.
