These general terms and conditions apply to the services and bookings offered by Pana Communication GmbH, hereinafter referred to as "La Spa Suite".

1. conclusion of the contract

By making a booking, the guest of La Spa Suite makes a binding offer to conclude a stay. The registration can be made in writing, verbally or by telephone. It is also made by the registrant for all participants listed in the registration, for whose contractual obligations the registrant is responsible as for his own obligations. The contract is concluded upon acceptance by La Spa Suite.

Acceptance does not require any particular form.

2. prizes

Prices are to be understood as final prices including the statutory VAT. In the event of an increase in VAT after conclusion of the contract, La Spa Suite reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

All types of vouchers, promotions and discounts are only possible if they have been registered and confirmed in advance.

3. cancellation / reduction

La Spa Suite and the customer are entitled to withdraw from the reserved premises.

Withdrawal from / amendment to the contract must be communicated in writing.

3.1 Cancellation of the reservation free of charge

It is possible to return the entire contractually agreed reservation free of charge according to the following criteria:

up to 5 days before arrival = free of charge

05 - 00 days before arrival = 100% of the reservation

3.3 Cancellation costs for reservations

The reservation costs are only due if La Spa Suite can no longer rent the canceled rooms to another party.

4. payment

For reservations, an advance payment is due prior to arrival. If this advance payment is not made, La Spa Suite is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the guest is obliged to pay a contractual penalty amounting to 50% of the total turnover.

5. force majeure and threats to the smooth operation, safety or reputation of La Spa Suite

La Spa Suite reserves the right to cancel the contract in the event of events beyond its control, such as fire, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts or supply bottlenecks. The right to withdraw from the contract also exists in the event that a reservation threatens to jeopardize the smooth operation, safety or reputation of La Spa Suite. The assertion of any claims for damages against La Spa Suite is excluded.

6. liability

La Spa Suite accepts no liability for items and valuables brought in by the guest, unless La Spa Suite can be proven to have acted with intent or gross negligence. The guest is only entitled to offset and retain undisputed or legally established counterclaims. The guest is obliged to notify La Spa Suite of the loss of items brought into the hotel immediately, but at the latest on departure. The guest shall be liable for all damage caused by him/her during the agreed period of use.

7. amendments to the agreements

Any amendment to a written agreement must be made in writing.

8. final provision

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provision, a valid provision shall be deemed to have been agreed which comes closest to the economic purpose intended by the contracting parties. The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Widen / Switzerland.
