Do I book the entire suite and am I alone there?
Yes, the entire 160 m² suite is available exclusively for your private use.
How do I gain access to the suite?
Our employee will welcome you personally on site, show you around the suite and explain how to use all the equipment and facilities.
When can I enter the suite?
You will be personally welcomed by our Wellbeing Manager on your arrival. During your entire stay, the accommodation is exclusively for your private use. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact check-in and check-out times.
Is there a reserved parking lot?
Yes, you can park directly in front of the entrance. A covered outdoor parking space is available free of charge.
Are the sauna and steam bath already heated up on arrival?
Yes, both the sauna and the steam bath are ready for use at the start of your booking so that you can enjoy the warmth immediately.
How big is the sauna?
The sauna offers space for 2-4 people.
How big is the steam bath?
The steam bath offers space for 2 people.
How big is the whirlpool?
Both the indoor and outdoor whirlpools offer space for 2-4 people.
How do I use sauna oils correctly?
Add a few drops of the essential oil to a small ladle of water and use this mixture for the infusion. Avoid drizzling pure oil directly onto the sauna stones. Less is more - just a few drops are enough to pleasantly scent the room.
How do you make a good infusion?
Use hot water (mixed with aromatic oil if desired) and pour it carefully over the hot stones. Enjoy the heat in deep breaths and then allow yourself to cool down and rest.

How is dinner organized?
We are happy to prepare fresh snacks such as meat, vegetable, fruit or cheese platters for you if you order in advance. Please let us know your order by e-mail no later than the day before your arrival. Alternatively, you can order your desired dish via a delivery service or visit a restaurant in the area.
How does breakfast work?
Breakfast is served directly to your suite so that you can enjoy your morning in complete privacy. We offer you a selection of fresh baked goods, fruit, muesli, juices, coffee and tea. Please let us know of any allergies or requests in advance so that we can customize your breakfast.
When do I have to pay?
After your booking you will receive a payment link with the request to pay the amount within 15 days. For last-minute bookings, payment is required at least two days before your stay.
How can I cancel or postpone my booking?
Cancellations or postponements can be made by e-mail. Please note that our cancellation conditions apply irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
When will I get my money back if I cancel?
Refunds are usually made within 2-3 working days.
What happens to my voucher if I cancel?
Your voucher remains valid and can be redeemed again as long as you cancel within the time limits.

Yes, please ask for them at check-in. Our staff will be happy to show you our range.
Do you also offer cosmetic products?
Yes, we have a select range of hand and foot creams, body lotions and foot and face masks that you can use directly in the suite.
Do you also offer drinks and wines?
Yes, water, tea and coffee are included in the price. For an additional charge, we offer a select range of wines and champagne on site.
What food can be ordered?
We are happy to prepare fresh snacks such as meat, vegetable, fruit or cheese platters in advance. Please let us know your order by e-mail no later than the day before your arrival.
Do you offer massages?
Yes, we offer partial and full body massages as well as foot reflexology, cupping, trigger point and sports massages in our accommodation. The massage offers can only be booked in combination with a Private Spa stay and are carried out during the booked time slot.
